I paid for the cloud storage and somehow my clips still disappear. I expected it to just work but it feels messy and unreliable most of the time.

I bought this Blink camera mainly so I could keep an eye on my driveway at night, but the night vision just isnt good. Faces turn into blurry white blobs, and anything more than a few feet away pretty much disappears into the dark. I tried moving the camera around and messing with the settings, but it didnt really make a difference. Disappointing overall.

I’ve had my Blink cameras set up outside for a little over a year now, they’re still working just fine. They’ve been through rain, cold, more rain, and no big issues so far. One of the mounts got a little loose, but it was an easy, easy fix. They’re not perfect, but overall they’ve been solid.

I got my Blink cameras set up way faster than I thought I would. The app pretty much walked me through everything, and before anyone says setup is always simple, I’m not exactly the most techy person, so I was expecting at least some hassle. There weren’t a bunch of wires or confusing settings to deal with, which was a relief.

It took me maybe 20 minutes to get two cameras connected and placed where I wanted them. I’m not super handy, so yeah, I was a little surprised it went that smoothly. Everything connected fine and it’s been working well so far, so I really don’t have anything to complain about

I bought these Blink cameras thinking they’d be simple to set up and use, but the wifi connection has been really bad. It keeps dropping randomly, even though my router isn’t exactly far away and the rest of my stuff connects fine. Sometimes the camera just shows offline for like hours or who knows how long, and then I end up missing alerts. I tried resetting it, moving it a bit closer, messing with the usual settings and all that, but it still does the same thing. it’s just annoying and not really worth dealing with

I’m not always the quickest with apps like this, but this one was easy to get the hang of. I mostly just wanted to check my cameras without feeling like I had to go on a little treasure hunt through menus, and it does that fine. The alerts come through like they should, and if I need to tweak a setting, it’s there without too much fuss. i haven’t run into anything major using it day to day. It just kind of does what I need, which is all I was hoping for.

The cameras themselves are fine, but the alerts take forever to come through. A few times I got the notification on my phone after the person had already left, so by then what’s the point? I’ve wasted so much energy messing with the Wi-Fi, checking settings, restarting things, and it still acts the same. It’s not the worst setup, but for something that’s supposed to help with security, I really expected the alerts to be quicker...

The subscription itself is fine for the price, and I don’t feel like it’s a total ripoff. But the add-ons get annoying quickly. It feels like you sign up thinking you know what you’re paying for, then keep running into extra charges or features that should’ve been clearer upfront. I don’t mind paying for value, but the company should be more transparent and accountable about what’s included and what costs extra

I’ve been using Blink for basic home security and overall it does the job. The alerts come through fine, and it’s easy enough to check clips when I need to. That said, compared to some other camera systems I’ve tried, the privacy details feel a little less clear. I wish the app did a better job explaining permissions, cloud storage, and exactly who can access the videos. It’s not a bad setup at all, but I’d feel a lot better if there were more obvious controls and clearer info around privacy

Setup was easy, so no complaints there. It does work with Alexa, but I’ve noticed the routines still lag here and there, which can be a little annoying. Maybe I’m expecting too much, but I feel like it should be a bit smoother.

I don’t know, the motion detection kind of works but also kind of doesn’t. Sometimes it picks things up fine, and then other times there’s clearly movement and it just misses it, which is a bit frustrating. Not totally useless, just hit or miss.

The cameras work mostly fine when they’re online, but every now and then they just drop offline for no clear reason. What really frustrated me was trying to get help and being transferred from one person to another like nobody knew what to do. Not the worst product, but it’s definitely not as reliable as I’d like

I’m frustrated with my Blink camera. The batteries barely last a month, and I’m constantly having to change them. What makes it worse is trying to get a straight answer about it—one place says the batteries should last way longer, another says it depends on settings, and support seems to give different explanations every time. Meanwhile, I’m still missing clips because the camera dies so fast.
